Your Team Responsibilities

MSCI is currently searching for talent acquisition specialist supporting the growth of our company in the Philippines.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Full lifecycle recruitment with a goal of hiring the top talent in the market
  • Strong experience utilizing a variety of recruitment methods including social media and traditional job boards
  • Be the face of the organization, building talent pipelines and seamlessly networking in your market

  • Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers and HR Generalists

  • Be a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for recruiting in the region

  • Prepare offers utilizing internal equity and external market data

  • Ensure recruitment metrics such as diversity and client satisfaction are met /exceeded

  • Owning and developing the candidate experience, you will ensure that each candidate has a positive interaction at every stage of the recruitment process

  • Provide recommendations regarding improvements in the screening, networking, sourcing as well as the overall operations of the Talent Acquisition function

  • Lead or participate in officewide or Global Talent Acquisition projects

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • Bachelor’s degree required with advanced degree or relevant certifications considered advantageous
  • At least 3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience

  • Strong, demonstrable experience of full life cycle recruitment experience

  • Proficient in applicant tracking, social media and recruitment marketing tools

  • Strong knowledge about the local job market, search strategies, talent acquisition practices and employment law

  • Exceptional customer service skills and strong communication skills including English fluency

  • Experience with advanced interviewing techniques to ensure candidates hired are a fit culturally as well as from a skill perspective.

  • Financial experience and/or understanding would be highly advantageous.
