Your Team Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should be interested in working in a global team and have strong technical skills with some basic understanding of financial risk management methods. The candidate should also be efficient and innovative with an ability to excel in a global organization.

· Gain extensive knowledge of MSCI products and tools.

· Be ready to adapt to latest tech stack i.e. willing to learn and contribute in Python, Airflow, AzureDevops.

· Develop and configure standard/customized automated workflows.

· Develop and configure REST APIs to optimize workflow setups.

· Applies knowledge of Agile methods for performance deliver and practice improvement.

· Be part of an evolving and diverse global team.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

· Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or related studies.

· Knowledge or training in Finance or Statistics is a plus.

· Strong programming experience in languages such as: Python, Java, C# or Go.

· Experience using XML format.

· Knowledge of Airflow, AzureDevops.

· Capital Market domain awareness.

· Experience working in an Agile environment using methodologies like scrum and kanban.

· Experience with issue tracking and version control tools such as GIT

Desired Qualifications

· Fluent English, written and oral, is a must.

· Ideal candidate would be an Engineering grad., who has keen interest in Capital Markets or applying statistics knowledge for Market Risk analysis
