Your Team Responsibilities

Join MSCI Fabric, a dynamic startup environment within MSCI, where we're building cutting-edge software for financial insights. We're seeking a talented Program Manager to join our Wealth Product Management team in creating innovative solutions for financial professionals. In this role, you'll be empowered to solve hard problems – both customer and business problems – in ways that our customers love and that work for our business. You'll be part of a cross-functional, durable product team typically composed of a program manager, product designer, and several engineers. Your team will have the autonomy to discover and implement effective solutions that are valuable (customers choose to buy or use), viable (works within business constraints), usable (intuitive for users), and feasible (within our technical capabilities).

Your Key Responsibilities

· Product Strategy and Execution: Implement and execute on the product strategy for MSCI's wealth management solutions. Translate high-level vision into actionable outcomes, roadmaps, and feature sets. Be accountable for ensuring solutions are both valuable and viable.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product direction and successful feature launches. Influence teammates, colleagues, stakeholders, and key executives through data and logic.

· Customer-Centric Approach: Conduct in-depth customer research to understand user needs, pain points, and opportunities. Use these insights to inform product decisions and prioritize development efforts.

· Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize product analytics, user feedback, and market data to make informed product decisions and measure the success of features and initiatives.

· Agile Development: Collaborate with engineering and design teams in an agile environment to figure out how to solve problems for customers in high-quality product increments. Create user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts.

· Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the wealth management space. Contribute deep knowledge of users, customers, and engagement data to the product team.

· Business Acumen: Develop a solid understanding of various business constraints, including marketing, sales, service, finance, legal, and privacy considerations.

· Results Orientation: Take ownership of product areas and be accountable for results, even when working through others to achieve necessary outcomes.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

· Demonstrated understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques

· Experience in working with design to create user workflows that solve complex customer problems elegantly

· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

· Proven track record of shipping successful products or features in a fast-paced environment

· Strong communication skills, articulating product concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

· Experience with customer research techniques and user-centered design principles· Familiarity with data analysis tools and product analytics platforms

· Ability to work independently and take ownership of product areas

· Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new domains or industries· Experience in implementing or working within a product operating model
