Your Team Responsibilities

MSCI is searching for the right individual to a fill a role within our Workplace Technology organization. In this role, an individual will be responsible for implementing solutions and processes leveraging tools in the Microsoft 365 site with a focus on creating a secure and productive experience for peers and colleagues within a hybrid working environment. The role will also work within the team of architectural oversight and meet the demand of evolving technology and business requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities

· Administer and manage the Nexthink environment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

· Create, manage, and configure Nexthink campaigns, including pop-up notifications.

· Develop and execute remote actions using Nexthink tools.

· Design and maintain Nexthink dashboards to provide actionable insights and monitor performance metrics.

· Test and manage new functionality within the Nexthink environment to ensure it meets our needs and integrates seamlessly with other systems.

· Configure and manage Nexthink Alerts to notify the support team of any issues.

· Collaborate with other teams across the company to implement and support digital experience initiatives.

· Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in digital experience strategies.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

Required Skills:

· Experience with Windows 11 Operating Systems.

· Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash.

· Strong data analysis skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.

· Background in tech support with experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have:

· Experience with MacOS.

· Familiarity with Nexthink environment, including campaign management, remote actions, and dashboard creation.

· Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage priorities effectively.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

· 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
