Your Team Responsibilities

The MSCI Exchange Traded Products (ETP) Team drives the growth of MSCI’s index business licensing to ETF sponsors and supports existing MSCI linked ETFs on the market This team is part of the broader Americas Client Coverage organization. We are seeking a New York or Boston -based colleague to become an integral part of the team’s efforts to expand MSCI’s footprint with ETF sponsors in the Americas.

Your Key Responsibilities

The position blends aspects of index licensing, relationship management, idea development, and strategy to grow the business and deliver innovative solutions to clients.
Individuals in this position are responsible for further developing and managing day-to-day relationships with key partners that utilize MSCI indexes or universes as the basis for ETFs. 
Further, this role includes market and client research, index analysis, presentation preparation, opportunity management and external education on MSCI index methodologies.
Individuals in this position interact and collaborate with several teams at MSCI, including Client Coverage, Index Product, Index Coverage, Wealth Indexed Investments, Senior Account Management, Research, Marketing, Client Service, Legal and Finance.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

Applicable and relevant ETF industry and/or sales experience.
6-8 years of experience in the financial service industry.
Superior communication and time management skills.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
A strategic and collaborative, client-centric mindset.
Team player focused on group performance.
