Your Team Responsibilities

Support the implementation and onboarding of our clients to MSCI Analytics Solutions

Your Key Responsibilities

Provide functional and analytical training and education to various members of the client organization during implementation
Be the subject matter experts on specific use cases related to risk and portfolio management.
Understand client’s business requirements and define a solution that meets it. This often means liaisoning with multiple teams at MSCI like product, research, data, sales, workflow etc.
Troubleshoot client reported issues or queries and coordinate with various MSCI teams when escalation is needed to identify a recommend path forward.
Raise request to product team for any client requirements which cannot be served out of current available functionalities.
Collect project scope information from Sales team
Prepare Onboarding specification based on project scope and client requirements so that the same can be used during handover of clients to BAU service team after implementation completes.
Providing continuous update on the health of various implementation projects for management reporting.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

Have a financial background (Master’s) with active interest in Portfolio management theories and exhibit basic software skills (for example Python, C#), preferably pursuing CFA or FRM.
Have 0-2 years of work experience in a client facing role.
Be analytically proficient, have an eye for detail, and be able to handle various components in a complex infrastructure.
Be eager problem solvers and able to work with cross-organization teams.
Have great communications skills are a must as they represent MSCI to all levels of client management.
Be appreciative of diverse cultural norms and styles.
Aspirant for a long-term career in the field of portfolio finance.
Knowledge of the following: (1) Risk measures like Volatility, Value at risk, stress tests (2) Fixed income related sensitivity measures for duration, convexity, yield to maturity (3) High level understanding of pricing approach for of common asset classes like bonds, equity options, interest rate swaps and fx forwards
