Your Team Responsibilities

As part of this team, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration of our products into our clients’ investment processes.As a Business Analyst (BA) with a focus on Implementation Services, you’ll be at the forefront of client engagement. Your mission? To bridge the gap between client requirements and our innovative solutions. You’ll work directly with clients across diverse market segments, including hedge funds, banks, brokers, wealth managers, asset managers, and pension plans.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Impact

· Solution Design: Collaborate closely with Product Managers and solution designers. Understand client use case requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.

· Global Reach: Engage directly with clients worldwide via phone and email. Your insights will shape their success.

· Product Enhancement: Provide valuable feedback on product integration. Be the conduit between our cutting-edge solutions and our clients’ needs.

 

2. Data Excellence

· Data Validation: Master portfolio data modeling best practices. Explain different input data formats and content requirements for various instruments and asset types.

· Risk Factor Mapping: Advise clients on best practices for applying proxy information and mapping portfolio holdings. Understand how configuration choices impact risk results.

· Workflow Optimization: Ensure precise setup of client configuration files. Rigorously test and collaborate with our development team.

 

3. Operational Excellence

· Analytics Validation: Assist clients with data conformance and validation testing. Scrutinize input files for accuracy and completeness.

· Collaboration: Act as a liaison between our Coverage, Consultants, Research, and Product teams. Your insights will drive continuous improvement.

· Early Care: Provide initial training to clients on product usage during the transition phase.

Your Qualifications

 

·Effective Communicator: Your verbal and written skills are top-notch. You can distill complex concepts into clear, concise messages.

· Analytical Acumen: You thrive on dissecting data, spotting patterns, and solving complex use cases.

· Team Player: Collaboration is second nature to you. You excel in cross-functional environments.

· Deadline-Driven: Juggling multiple projects under tight deadlines? You're unflappable.

· Financial Expertise: Equities, fixed income, derivatives—you understand the nuances.

· Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with various information technologies is advantageous.

· Client-Focused: Your experience in client-facing roles within the financial services industry sets you apart.

· Bonus Points: If you've worked with Financial Risk or Portfolio Management systems.

 

Desired Qualifications

· Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in finance, Engineering, Economics, mathematics, or a related field.

· Advanced Credentials: An M.Sc., M.B.A., or P.G.D.M. in Finance, CFA, FRM, PRM, or similar is a plus.

· Experience: At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
