Senior UX Designer, Web Experience

Your Key Responsibilities

Your Role 

As a Senior UX Designer, Web Experience  you will: 

  • Deliver Exceptional UX and Visual Design: Create visually modern, polished designs that balance user needs with and brand and marketing goals. 

  • Design Marketing-Focused Experiences: Develop public-facing, upper-funnel web experiences that drive engagement and performance. 

  • Evolve the Design System: Maintain and advance our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA and EU/CA standards). 

  • Drive Research-Backed Decisions: Plan and conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design solutions. 

  • Optimize User Journeys: Use data, experimentation, and testing to improve flows and enhance user engagement. 

  • Champion Best Practices: Leverage your expertise in usability, heuristics, information architecture and interaction design to create intuitive, effective experiences. 

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing, product, engineering, and analytics teams to create cohesive and impactful digital experiences. 

 

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • Portfolio: A site or samples showcasing UX and visual design expertise is required. 

  • Experience: 6+ years of UX design experience in complex enterprise environments; experience with public-facing marketing websites or financial services is a strong plus. 

  • UX and UI Skills: Exceptional visual design sensibility paired with proficiency in human-centered design, usability heuristics, interaction design, and information architecture. 

  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise designing and prototyping in Figma, as well as familiarity with web technologies (HTML/CSS, analytics) and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA and EU/CA requirements). 

  • Data-Driven Approach: Comfort with experimentation, data analysis, and iterative optimization. 

  • Collaborative Mindset: Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders. 

  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate design rationale and present ideas effectively to diverse audiences. 

  • Passion for Impact: A commitment to creating user experiences that drive measurable business outcomes. 

  • Excellent English communication skills.
