MSCI is seeking a Technology Recruiter to join our firm. Based in Budapest the role is responsible for delivery of technology recruiting activity in Budapest and across continental Europe including attracting, sourcing, assessing, hiring, and onboarding of talent at all levels (excluding Executive Search) which in turn will enable MSCI to deliver on its strategic and growth goals.

Reporting to the EMEA Talent Attraction & Mobility Regional Lead, this is a high impact role in an environment that moves at pace. MSCI has ambitious strategic and commercial targets, has a result driven focus, fully embedded performance, and growth culture, and does not stand still. Priorities will include recruiting into key strategic and regional roles and embedding a technology enabled and data driven recruitment process. Naturally, management of relationships with internal and external partners, an understanding of our business and priorities, stakeholder engagement, DE&I practices, and the ability to create and deliver on a vision that contributes to the bottom line are critical to success.

· Demonstrating an embodiment of MSCI’s purpose, values and inclusive performance and growth culture.

· End to end recruitment (sourcing, screening, assessment) in line with MSCI’s global practices to identify, assess and culturally onboard top talent

· Embedding Diversity, Equality and Inclusion into hearts, minds, processes, and results

· Building talent pipelines across EMEA for talent across technology.

· Embedding recruitment process and tech stack to create a delightful experience for candidates, hiring managers and recruiters

· Partnering MSCI’s stakeholders to understand current and future talent needs in conjunction with local and regional market trends to create relevant strategies regionally

· Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills

· 4+ years’ experience in 360 degree recruiting technology roles in financial services or corporate organizations

· Ability to work at pace when required and a self-starting and proactive attitude essential,

· Experience in job boards & sourcing technology & social media – engaging passive talent directly

· A data driven ability to make decisions
